Bangkok – History and Culture

Basics and Discovery

  • Welcome in Bangkok and first encounters.

  • Visit to the Grand Palace, Wat Traimit and Wat Arun.

  • Stop at Wat Pho, the first school of traditional medicine and a landmark of Thai massage.

  • Morning ceremony with offerings to the monks before departure to Chiang Mai.

Chiang Mai – Feel and Learn

Courses and Specialized Workshops

  • Training at ITM School: Cha Leoi Sak techniques using elbows and knees.

  • Hands-on workshops with masters: Sinchai, Ajahn Manoop (Gha Sha, Tok Sen, Yufai), Joe Khumlee (visceral massage and lower back issues).

  • Exploration of local markets and a traditional cultural show.

  • Encounter with a mountain tribe, discovery of medicinal herbs, and immersive practices.

Krabi – Relaxation and Nature

Closing in Southern Thailand

  • Flight to Krabi and check-in by the sea.

  • Boat excursion to the islands: Koh Phi Phi, Maya Bay, and snorkeling sites.

  • Free time for meditation, rest, and personal discoveries.

  • Practice sessions on the beach and closing of the trip before returning to Bangkok.

GENERAL COORDINATOR

Expert in Body Techniques and Thai Massage

Physiotherapist and yoga teacher, Diego has advanced expertise in body movements, biomechanics, and natural approaches. He specialized in studying body dynamics, fascia, and structural interactions, refining his understanding of the body in motion.

Trained in Thai massage since 2005, he has accumulated more than 1,500 hours of training in renowned schools: ITM Chiang Mai (official instructor), Wat Pho, Kam Thye Chow, Sunshine School, as well as with masters Ajarn Sinchai, Pichet, and Jack Chaya.
